About the role

 

 

This 12-month fixed term fulltime role sits within the Coles Lifestyle Services Marketing team and offers a broad remit across brand, research, and stakeholder influence. You’ll partner with media, product, and cross-functional teams, providing end-to-end visibility of how work comes together across the business.


You’ll join a collaborative and close-knit team with a strong, supportive culture. The role provides genuine breadth and visibility, with the opportunity to shape brand direction, influence decisions, and see your insights and recommendations delivered in market.

What you will do

 

 


You will help evolve the Lifestyle Services brand and customer experience by connecting brand thinking, customer and market insights, and practical marketing execution. Your focus will be turning insight into clear, actionable recommendations that improve how we engage customers and show up consistently across channels and touchpoints.

 

 


You will also

 

 


• Contribute to the ongoing development and governance of the Lifestyle Services brand strategy and guidelines
• Lead and deliver customer and market research programs, including planning, agency engagement, and insight synthesis
• Map and analyse customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities
• Translate data into insight-led recommendations that inform marketing and communications activity
• Partner with cross functional teams to align priorities and support business objectives
• Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure quality delivery and strong outcomes.

 

 

About you and your skills

 

 

We’re open to marketing/brand professionals from a variety of customer-focused backgrounds. Experience working with complex or regulated products is helpful, but not essential. The key is that you have a clear point of view on the role brand plays in driving business outcomes, work closely with stakeholders, and drive both customer value and business results.
