We’re on the hunt for a passionate Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that improve trust in our brand, positively impact the community, and support our business continuity communications. It’s an opportunity to shape strategy, own delivery, and get stuck into meaningful work that balances big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days look the same. One moment you’ll be developing our reputation marketing strategy, the next you’re responding to a business-critical event, or managing a cause-led campaign that inspires real change. What you’ll do
You’ll lead the development and execution of cause and community-focused marketing, ranging from our charity partnerships to Community sports, to farmer relationships, while owning our reputation strategy. You’ll help the business communicate at critical times, always with the customer in mind.
You’ll also
- Own and evolve our brand reputation and community marketing strategy
- Lead marketing campaigns that build customer trust and engagement
- Navigate shifting priorities, especially in business continuity situations
- Partner across teams including marketing agencies, Category teams, Corporate Affairs, Legal and Ops
- Translate insight into action, continuously optimising
- Champion ideas that make a genuine difference.
About you and your skills
You’re a natural at building relationships, calm under pressure, and love working on initiatives that give back. You’re someone who can zoom out for strategic thinking and zoom in to get things done. You’ll have a generalist marketing background and a genuine passion for community, charity or cause-driven work.
You’ll also have
- 8+ years’ experience across marketing with integrated campaign exposure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic nous with the ability to pivot quickly when needed
- Cool-headedness in reactive or high-pressure situations
- An interest in building brand trust, reputation and social impact
- A test-and-learn mindset with the ability to prioritise what matters most.
