About The Role 

 

 


We have an exciting new opening for 2 Program Managers within our Loyalty and Customer Continuity team.

What you'll be doing

 


 
Reporting to our Head of Planning and Customer Continuity, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end program of work for LBI (Collectable, Continuity and Consumer Promotion) marketing programs – leading a project team of over 20 team members.

 

 

 
You’ll also 

 


 
•    Manage the plan ensuring effective running of the project day to day, through chairing meetings, documenting actions/risks.
•    Report weekly on program performance to Head of and GM and deliver end of program review.
•    Manage daily relationship key external loyalty partners.
•    Ensure all key areas of the business are informed and briefed on program at the appropriate time.
•    Actively identify areas of improvement within program delivery and build plan to execute.

 

 


What You Bring 

 


 
In this role, you'll leverage 5 years of experience in a marketing-facing project management role with a strong track record of managing multiple concurrent projects end-to-end, from planning to execution phases.

 

Importantly, your ability to manage cross-functional internal stakeholders and liaise with external suppliers effectively, will be key to your success. 
 
 


You’ll also need 

 


 
•    Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills 
•    Strong engagement with senior leadership 
•    Ability to present to leadership and large forums 
•    Ability to problem solve across multiple teams and manage projects through ambiguity
•    Budget management across multiple projects
•    Tertiary Degree – Marketing or Similar.
