About the team
Our Coles Liquor team support Liquorland, Liquorland Warehouse (formally First Choice) and Liquorland Cellars (formally Vintage Cellars), with a network of more than 980 stores and ultra-convenient online website, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Strategy, Loyalty & Insights, you’ll be responsible for the strategy development and customer value proposition of our Loyalty program for Liquorland.
You'll also be responsible for overseeing the execution of the Loyalty strategy for Liquorland as we continue our journey to build Loyalty through acquisition, retention and engagement.
You'll also:
- Manage the health of the member database for Liquorland through acquisition, enhancements to the Flybuys customer value proposition and redemption
- Amplify the Flybuys customer value proposition
- Develop and manage use cases for segmenting member data and cross-channel campaigns
- Build and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns to drive customer retention
- Influence key stakeholders including Transformation, Central Operations, Brand, Trade Planning, Technology and, external agencies including Flybuys to execute the Loyalty strategy
- Manage a team of two and agencies to deliver the strategy and key initiatives
- Manage the Loyalty budget including accurate campaign forecasting
About you and your skills
Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business, you have 5+ years’ experience leading a team in marketing, loyalty, or CRM and have worked in a high energy environment, ideally coming from a Retail/FMCG background.
You'll also need:
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Sound knowledge of consumer research and analytics
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Familiarity with CMS systems
- Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
- Experience delivering loyalty based retail media solutions for suppliers
