About the role
You will provide transactional account management support to a portfolio of Coles customers. Strengthening supplier relationships and enabling sustainable growth through business development activities. You will also;
- be accountable for the Coles Collect operational performance and customer service across a portfolio of customers
- working closely with the Coles Collect business development team you will find ways to implement solutions for your customer base
- establish operational work flows and processes, in order to plan and execute key deliverables
- work cross functionally across several internal stakeholders within supply chain, merchandise, and business development
- identify commercial development opportunities for your portfolio and communicate effectively to the wider business
About you and your skills
This role is at the hub of our supply chain and no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who is adaptable to change with experience of a fast-paced consumer environment. You will also need;
- experience working in a transport or supply chain related field within FMCG
- core understanding of integrated end to end supply chain with experience in a WMS system being advantageous
- excellent communication skills with experience of building effective and fruitful relationships
- ability to work autonomously and to make quick effective decisions
- experience of working with multiple transport systems and managing competing work loads
- ability to identify and communicate commercial opportunities in a passionate and engaging way
