About the role

A great opportunity for an experienced Learning technology Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Learning Technology Manager, you will be responsible delivery and enhancement of Learning Systems and associated technologies at Coles.  

You will have a focus on the Learning Management System (LMS) support, testing and will require a strong analytical mindset.  In this role you will work closely with a variety of stakeholders such as the Capability Team, Learning Systems vendors, Coles IT teams and the broader P&C systems teams to consult and deliver innovative learning technology solutions to Coles’ capability requirements. 

 

You will also have:

•    Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement and analytical mindset
•    Proven stakeholder management experience to effectively collaborate across the Coles Group and partner successfully with varied stakeholders
•    Past experience in the develop of varied reporting and execute reconciliation activities
•    Demonstrated experience in HR and Learning Management Systems
 


About you and your skills

This will be a great opportunity to get exposure to innovative learning technologies and contribute to the development of Coles’ cutting-edge Learning Systems.  This role is open to interested candidates across Australia.  
 
You’ll also need
•    Ability to scope system requirements, test and deploy system functionality and administer/configure the LMS
•    Strong organisational skills including effective prioritisation ad deliver to SLA/timelines
•    Past experience in process documentation, gathering of business requirements and releasing systems changes 
•    Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach in response to the varied audiences
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams) and reporting/analysis skills to include Microsoft Power BI.
•    Demonstrated experience in HR and Learning Management Systems (SCORM, xAPI, WCAG)
•    Experience working in a fast paced, complex business environment is highly desirable. #LI-P
