Purpose of the role

Reporting to the P&C Direct Fulfilment Manager you lead the coordination delivery of high-quality and impactful learning programs in line with the approach, standards and frameworks set by Learning Business Management.

 

Your team will manage the end-to-end administration requirements for events and sessions within the L&D scope of work, including actions and timings for facilitator, location, links, SMEs, catering, and printing, and following up with stakeholders as required.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and develop a team of L&D coordinators. 
  • Provide an interface with Learning Ops Mgmt. within C&C
  • In collaboration with Learning Business Management, manage, review and prioritise a Learning pipeline of work and initiatives for execution
  • Keep stakeholders, including external vendors/ contractors, informed of progress on critical L&D activities.

Good things you'll need

Looking for a leader with demonstrated experience in learning and development program coordination. You’re an inclusive leader with capability to coach others and support learning on the job.

 

You’ll also have:

  • Leadership experience of an operational/ administrative delivery team
  • Proven interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work under pressure to deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems and negotiate outcomes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Certificate VI in Training and Assessment and/or relevant industry experience (ideal) #LI-PC1
