We’re looking for an Inventory Manager to join our brand-new distribution centre!

Located in Redbank Queensland, you’ll utilise state of the art facilities to deliver outstanding service level fulfilment to our stores. Critical to the site’s success are our people who’ll enable day to day operations. As the SME in inventory management onsite, empower and support your team to grow and develop. Focus on maintaining operational excellence in inventory, while always keeping safety and compliance front of mind. You’ll combine your leadership and passion to drive a culture of operational excellence within the site. What you’ll be doing

As Inventory Manager for our new Automated Distribution Centre (ADC) you’ll be leading our inventory management function onsite. You’ll be responsible for ensuring stock integrity within the facility is maintained and quality standards are established, implemented and regularly monitored.


You’ll also

  • Provide leadership support, technical expertise and direction to the team in all aspects of inventory management.
  • Drive Coles national compliance and inventory policies across the facility and manage key inventory functions.
  • Foster a proactive work environment conducive to operational excellence and continuous improvement.


Good things you’ll need

We’re looking for an experienced Inventory Manager that can handle competing workloads in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in fast paced in logistics, manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods or retail environments.
  • Previous Inventory manager experience within a distribution centre or customer fulfilment centre.
  • Possess strong knowledge of lean, six sigma processing principles.
  • Experience driving operational efficiencies through market leading warehouse and inventory management systems, including to optimise stock flow & reduce waste.
  • tertiary or equivalent management/logistics qualifications beneficial, but not essential
