About the role

As the Head of Digital Experience at Coles Group, you will lead and inspire a diverse team of designers, accessibility specialists, and optimization experts in creating exceptional digital experiences across all touchpoints. Your role will encompass planning, research, UX, and human-centered design, ensuring that our digital initiatives resonate with our customers and enhance their overall shopping journey.

In the fast-paced FMCG landscape, maintaining a customer-first mindset is essential. You will champion user-centric design principles, guiding your team to prioritize customer needs and preferences in every project. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive innovation and improve accessibility, ensuring that our digital platforms are inclusive and easy to navigate for all users.

Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of our digital experience, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. About you and your skills

  • Minimum 10+ years in a digital design role
  • Minimum 5+ years in a leadership position
  • Experience managing teams of 25+ people
