About the role

Our Customer Experience and technology (CXT) team withing our eCommerce function is significantly growing as we continue to invest in delivering the best digital shopping experience for our Customers.  If you are an analytics expert at the core and enjoy a highly visible lead role working with multiple internal stakeholders to lead the measurement, analysis and optimisation of digital channels to increase ROI, then this could be a great next career step for you. What you’ll be doing

As part of CXT leadership team you will lead the Digital Analytics and Optimisations team in implementing segmentation and personalisation efforts to increase sales conversions and lead the digital optimisation programme across all Coles Digital channels.

 

You’ll also:

 

  • Achieve sales scorecard through defined digital strategy, roadmap planning and coordination with the digital scrum resources
  • Improve customer engagement (CRO) on-site through effective use of the Adobe Marketing Cloud tool kit
  • Manage digital initiatives to a successful outcome across BAU, go to market campaigns, new products, new capability and liaising with Channel owners to coordinate new capability related activities
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Merchandising, IT, Sales and Marketing to support overall business objectives.
  • Drive an increase in commercial acumen and customer centricity across CXT through visibility of digital strategy/ performance as it related to the broader Coles strategy

 

 

Good things you’ll need

We’re after a Digital Data and Analytics expert and leader with a passion for optimising and personalising digital experience for audiences. You will have experience working within large and customer led enterprise environments.

 

You’ll also need:

  • Experience in the management, motivation and development of Analytics and Conversion teams to ensure the execution of the day to day delivery of trading plans.
  • Experience developing and implementing optimisation roadmaps including test and targeting campaigns.
  • Significant demonstrable experience applying onsite behavioural analytics and best practice A/B testing expertise to improve the onsite customer journey to drive add-to-cart and site conversion.
  • The ability to provide insights driven from data to enable marketing and digital teams to better plan, measure and evaluate performance by creating roadmaps and conducting audits to improve efficiencies.
  • Experience in the management, motivation and development of Analytics and Conversion teams to ensure the execution of the day to day delivery of trading plans.
