About the role

 

We are looking for a dynamic Group Product Manager – Martech to lead the evolution of our marketing technology capabilities. This newly created leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing the Martech product strategy and transformation roadmap, enabling personalised, data-driven marketing and seamless customer experiences across all channels.

As the Group Product Manager, you will partner closely with Customer and Technology leadership to ensure Martech investments align with business priorities, customer insights, and future growth strategies. You will define and communicate the long-term vision for Martech capability evolution, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and data strategies.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute the Martech product strategy and transformation roadmap.
  • Partner with Customer and Technology leadership to align investments with business priorities and customer insights.
  • Define and communicate the long-term vision for Martech capability evolution.
  • Build a deep understanding of marketing and customer lifecycle needs to inform platform design and prioritisation.
  • Manage interdependencies between Martech, digital experience, and data products to deliver cohesive customer journeys.
  • Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and performant Martech products that empower teams to deliver measurable commercial and engagement outcomes.
  • Manage and prioritise backlog to deliver quarterly objectives and key commercial outcomes.
  • Be accountable for the results (customer/business outcomes) of squads.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of initiatives, from discovery to delivery.
  • Lead and mentor one or more Product Managers and their squads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

 

 

About You

 

  • 8+ years in product management or digital transformation, with proven experience leading Martech or customer data platform initiatives in large-scale retail or enterprise environments.
  • Track record of delivering major Martech transformations.
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing and Technology teams to deliver integrated, customer-centric capabilities.
  • Experience leading multiple product teams and mentoring Product Managers in a scaled agile or matrix environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking — able to develop transformation roadmaps, define success metrics, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the product lifecycle, experience building and shipping consumer product experiences.
  • Understanding of the broader digital ecosystem including software development lifecycle, development methodologies (including agile), user experience design, usability and accessibility, online content strategy, etc
  • Highly collaborative, able to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Skilled in translating business process and customer insights into product concepts and solutions.
  • Exceptional people management, collaboration and communication skills.
