About the role
Join Coles and lead our Loyalty Experience Product team. In this pivotal role, you will define product requirements across the customer journey, ensuring initiatives deliver both customer and business outcomes.
You will partner with Heads of, fellow Group Product Managers, and CX Design leaders to understand the end-to-end role of loyalty in driving engagement and growth. By evolving and driving the loyalty product strategy and vision, you will translate the broader loyalty strategy into an actionable roadmap that prioritises requirements and delivery outcomes, strengthening member engagement and delivering commercial value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Loyalty Experience Product team to define product requirements across the customer journey.
- Partner with senior leaders and CX design to ensure loyalty initiatives align with customer and business priorities.
- Define and evolve the loyalty experience product roadmap, translating strategy into actionable delivery.
- Drive product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and customer insights.
- Prioritise initiatives and manage delivery outcomes that strengthen member engagement and deliver measurable commercial value.
- Champion customer-centric design and seamless experiences across loyalty touchpoints.
- Ensure initiatives are executed end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, with clear accountability for outcomes.
About You
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in product management, with proven success leading teams to deliver omnichannel loyalty experiences
- Proven experience leading the implementation of large-scale loyalty experience initiatives within large, complex, omnichannel retail environments
- Track record of delivering and defining OKRs and success metrics that connect loyalty experience outcomes to customer and commercial performance
- Deep understanding of loyalty landscape and loyalty program mechanics including earn/redeem models, tiering, deferred rewards, and value exchange
- Experience in leading the design and optimisation of member experiences across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Strong experience collaborating with Product, Eng, CX, Customer, Data, Tech and Ops to build integrated, customer-first omnichannel loyalty experience
- Proven ability to translate customer research, insights and data to drive prioritisation (A/B testing, funnel analysis, performance dashboards)
- Deep familiarity with digital, ecommerce and omnichannel loyalty ecosystems incl. loyalty systems, customer data, CX and management platforms (LMS,CDP, CEP, CMP, etc)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing at senior levels and aligning diverse teams behind a shared loyalty vision
- Experience leading, developing and mentoring Product Managers and cross-functional squads, fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and delivery excellence
- Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change
- Customer-obsessed, with a passion for building loyalty experiences that delight and drive measurable value
