About the role
We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to join the Omnichannel Experience team at Coles, part of Coles Digital. Reporting to the Head of Omnichannel Experience, this role offers the opportunity to drive in-store digitisation and introduce innovative digital solutions that enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency.
As a Group Product Manager, you will shape and execute Coles' in-store digitisation strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader omnichannel vision. You will lead a team of Product Managers, driving high-impact initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
In this role you can also expect to:
- Define and execute product strategy for in-store digitisation, ensuring alignment with Coles’ strategic priorities.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from opportunity identification to delivery and optimisation, using data-driven decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, working closely with operations, technology, commercial, and marketing teams to align priorities and deliver impactful solutions.
- Oversee delivery roadmaps, ensuring teams execute structured, outcome-driven plans that address business needs.
- Manage and mentor Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring teams are equipped to execute effectively.
- Shape and prioritise the product backlog, working with squads to translate business priorities into actionable initiatives.
- Promote agile ways of working, ensuring teams operate with autonomy while driving continuous improvement.
- Communicate progress and impact to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on product initiatives.
About you
You are a strategic and customer-focused product leader with a track record of delivering high-impact digital initiatives. You thrive in complex environments and are adept at driving alignment across senior stakeholders.
In your toolkit you will have:
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in large, complex organisations.
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable outcomes, balancing customer needs with business goals.
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing and developing Product Managers.
- Highly collaborative approach, able to engage diverse stakeholders and build consensus.
