About the role
Looking for a role where you can see your work come to life on shelves and in stores? This is an exciting opportunity to join our Own Brand team as a Graphic Designer, creating designs that shape customer experiences and bring products to life. You’ll work on packaging, in-store activations, and marketing materials, developing creative concepts that drive engagement and enhance our brand presence. From style guide refreshes to seasonal campaigns like Christmas and Mother’s Day, you’ll have the chance to influence how customers connect with our products.
This is a 12-month fixed-term full-time role based in Melbourne, starting in April 2025. If you’re passionate about bringing designs to life, creating meaningful customer moments, and working in a creative and fast-moving team, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do
Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, you’ll work within brand guidelines to develop and dispatch high-quality design solutions across multiple channels.
You’ll also:
• Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams, taking briefs and translating them into creative, customer-centric designs.
• Refine existing assets or develop new packaging concepts.
• Bring a strategic approach to design, ensuring every piece aligns with the brand and delivers impact.
• Optimise design processes, managing internal databases, and ensuring smooth project execution from concept to production.
• Work at speed, taking feedback constructively and being solutions-focused to meet tight deadlines.
About you and your skills
We’re after a midweight designer with 3-7 years of packaging design experience in a retail, FMCG, or agency environment. You’ll need strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and a creative mindset that allows you to think beyond packaging and into the bigger brand experience.
We’re looking for someone with a strategic eye, who understands how to balance creativity with commercial objectives and can bring fresh thinking to design execution. You’ll be comfortable with print production, packaging materials, and various printing methods, ensuring all artwork meets quality standards and aligns with brand style guides.
You’ll also need:
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to evolve and refresh brand assets.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while taking ownership of your work.
• A folio of high-quality, relevant design work – if not online, please submit in PDF format.
