About the role


Building great careers and growing talent is a key objective at Coles Group and we are currently looking for General Manager level talent across various functions.


Predominately based at our Store Support Centre in Melbourne, but with the expectation that team members will continue to work flexibly, these are Senior Executive positions leading large multi-disciplined management teams. The roles report into our Executive Leadership Team, with the common goal of delivering simplicity and value for our customers, suppliers and team members.

Good things you’ll need

To operate at this senior level in our incredibly fast-paced business, we’ll be looking for candidates who have the following skills and experience:


  • 10+ years working in customer driven businesses, including but not limited to Retail, FMCG and consumer industries
  • A strong track record of commercial delivery, at an Executive level
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives
  • Cross functional understanding and vision
  • Proven leadership of large and/or multi-functional teams
  • Highly resilient, with a strong work ethic and high energy levels
