About the role 


A fantastic opportunity to join our broader Coles Finance, Liquor Supply Chain team has arisen on a permanent basis to work closely with various senior stakeholders. The Finance Business Partner will partner with GMs, Heads Of  and various leaders to provide key commercial and financial information for decision making.


What you’ll be doing:  


Working in one of the most dynamic and exciting divisions in Coles, this is a highly visible team that helps drive business decision making and is uniquely positioned to influence and drive change in Coles Liquor Supply Chain.


You’ll also: 

  • Drive the execution and delivery of the Coles Liquor Supply Chain Strategy, including the delivery of Supply Chain Transformation initiatives, Supply Chain Audit, and Working Capital change management program. 
  • Act as a commercial business partner to actively support commercial decision making through actionable insight.
  • Managing budgets and forecasts, and completing financial assessments and appraisals as required.


Good things you’ll need 


We’re after an experienced and well-rounded Finance Business Partner that has been exposed to change and growth.


You’ll also need: 

  • Experience in co-ordinating and delivering streams of work with stakeholder across multiple functions
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders without direct line of authority
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguous problems comfortably
  • Supported commercial decision making through the delivery of accurate insights
  • SAP and TM-1 knowledge beneficial
  • Experience in the Supply Chain and/or FMCG sectors will be highly regarded, alternatively a big 4 or mid-tier environment
