We have a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner in our Marketing team. With a team of over 400 our finance team offers large scope for personal development and career opportunities. Working with key business units you will gain insight in to how our business runs and be part of key strategic initiatives. 

 

About the Role 
 

As Finance Business Partner you will be a trusted adviser to provide financial information, analysis and insights; with the ability to challenge and support key stakeholders to enable informed decision making and drive business strategy.  Note this is a mat leave conver position on a 12 month contract. Please  You’ll also:  

 

  • Support Marketing and Loyalty on business case development and customer and loyalty focused digital transformation projects.
  • Provide commercial support and evaluate collectibles, continuity marketing and loyalty programs, campaigns and initiatives to support effective decision making.
  • Work with key stakeholders and procurement on supplier negotiations and contracts.
  • Ownership and presentation of the monthly performance reports, budgets and forecast to key stakeholders, including identifying and communicating key risks and opportunities.
  • Continuously evolve and improve financial performance reporting; as well as undertake commercial education with business teams to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Mentor and assist other team members as appropriate.
     

About You and Your Skills 
 

We are after a passionate and energtic Finance Business Partner who has the ability to manage competing workloads and deliver the best outcomes for stakeholders. You’ll also need: 

 

  • CA or CPA or similar qualification
  • Experience in production of forecasts and budgets for a business division
  • Experience in driving organisational change, influencing key business partners and drive business change
  • Experience in analysing data to develop meaningful commercial insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong systems literate with advanced modelling skills (including the use of Excel, SAP, TM1)
