Our Finance team are a vital partner in every aspect of our business, providing commercial insights to drive our success and influence everything we do. With presence in every department, we analyse performance, and deliver actionable insights that shape our strategic decisions.
<h3>About the role</h3>
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of financial performance and strategic decision-making. You’ll lead key reporting and forecasting processes, support commercial initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in financial insights.
- Deliver high-impact financial reporting and insights that elevate performance visibility and enable strategic decision-making.
- Provide commercial finance support for key initiatives, including project evaluations and funding approvals that unlock growth opportunities.
- Support development of key reporting dashboards to enable quicker decision making and data driven insights on brand performance.
- Own leadership reporting packs for forums such as Commercial Leadership Team meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Drive alignment across senior stakeholders, including GMs, Heads of, SFMs, FBPs, and project leads, to ensure cohesive financial strategy and execution.
- Lead Cost of Doing Business (CODB) forecasting and monthly actuals reviews to ensure financial accuracy and drive cost discipline across the business.
<h3>About you and your skill</h3>
You’re a commercially astute finance professional who combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to influence outcomes and unlock value. You thrive in dynamic environments, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance.
You will also have:
- A CA, CPA, or equivalent finance qualification.
- Experience working in fast-paced sectors such as retail, FMCG, or other dynamic commercial environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- A proven ability to drive business change through financial insights and strategic partnering.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and deliver meaningful commercial recommendations.
- Expertise in developing and presenting impactful financial reports that support informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance business outcomes.
