Our Finance team are a vital partner in every aspect of our business, providing commercial insights to drive our success and influence everything we do. With presence in every department, we analyse performance, and deliver actionable insights that shape our strategic decisions.
<h3>About the Role</h3>
As a Finance Business Analyst, you’ll support the financial operations of our Digital Product, Marketing & Transformation team. You’ll play a key role in enabling financial visibility, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Key responsibilities include
- Lead month-end close activities for Capex and Opex, ensuring accurate journal entries and cost allocations.
- Manage and maintain the digital rate card to support internal cost transparency.
- Deliver insightful financial reporting and variance analysis across capital and operating expenses.
- Consolidate risks and opportunities to support forecasting and strategic planning.
- Maintain and enhance financial tracking tools and models to improve visibility and self-service.
- Oversee capital management processes, including initiative validation and compliance reporting.
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment across systems and stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and support ad-hoc financial queries from business stakeholders.
<h3>About You and Your Skills</h3>
You’re a proactive and analytical finance professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to deliver insights and drive outcomes
You’ll bring
- CPA or CA qualification (or working towards).
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, or Big-4/Mid-tier environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and confident communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and complex information.
- Exposure to systems like SAP or similar ERP systems
- A continuous improvement mindset and comfort working in agile environments
