About the role 

 

Coles successfully implemented SAP Fieldglass in 2020 to manage and oversee our external contractor/consultant workforce as the first iterative phase of our improvement journey. As a key part of the broader Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams, our External Worker Management team manage these engagements and deliver a high-quality, customer focussed experience for our hiring community, as well as supporting our external suppliers to attract contingent talent into the business.

 

 

What you'll be doing

 

Utilising your Talent Acquisition or contractor management understanding we are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual comfortable to engage, listen and run with a range of activities in a fast-paced recruitment environment. In turn, you will gain exposure to a variety of corporate, technology and FMCG business needs across our wide-ranging Coles Group as well as improvement initiatives.

Good things you'll need 

 

  • Prior experience with high volume contingent/contractor recruitment either internal or agency based
  • Experience working with external suppliers to attract contingent talent into the business
  • Demonstrate strong capability in partnering with stakeholders and taking initiative
  • Have a strong consultative nature and customer-centric approach
  • Be resilient and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Knowledge of Fieldglass a bonus but not essential
