We’re looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Ecommerce Acquisition Specialist to join our team in this newly created role. Reporting to the Ecommerce Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in delivering acquisition campaigns and initiatives that drive new customer growth and enhance the first-shop experience.
About the role
This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of acquisition activity across web, app, and marketing channels. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with commercial and compliance requirements, while supporting broader growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate web, app, and email briefs to support first-shop offers and new customer acquisition, including T&Cs, promotional mechanics, and content requirements
- Brief and coordinate partnership offers in line with acquisition plans, timelines, and growth objectives
- Manage the creation and setup of audiences for campaigns, working closely with Audience Orchestra
- Lead and manage weekly changeovers across web and app content, including testing, email checks, and ensuring robust sign-off processes
- Complete compliance and governance checks for acquisition campaigns, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Create and manage promotional and marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Support delivery of key acquisition roadmap initiatives, improving first-shop experience, offer performance, and new customer growth
- Execute referral program activity, including promotion code setup, fraud checks, and content updates to ensure accuracy and performance readiness
- Support weekly reporting, data analysis, and insights, identifying trends and opportunities to inform optimisation
- Monitor market, customer, competitor, and platform trends, sharing insights with the team to inform planning and performance

About you
- Experience delivering campaigns across web, app, or digital marketing channels
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing funnel and acquisition lifecycle
- Experience preparing campaign briefs, including T&Cs and promotional code setup
- Solid understanding of compliance and governance processes
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational and execution skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Data-led mindset, with the ability to interpret insights and support optimisation
