About the team
Our Technology team is the backbone of the business, building and maintaining the information technology infrastructure that support Coles Group. As a part of the Technology team, you get the opportunity to work through complex, challenging, meaningful problems using large data sets and new technologies to expand your skills and experience.
About the Role
We are looking for an EFT Operations Analyst to join our Digital Financial Services team on a 6 month fixed term basis. You will play a crucial role in reconciling digital payment transactions processed through the Electronic Transaction Switching System. You will ensure accurate and timely payments to and from external parties on behalf of Coles Group brands. This position reports to the EFT Operations Manager and involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile digital payment transactions and Coles Group settlement and fee accounts.
- Ensure accurate analysis of data by inputting, updating, and verifying information
- Calculate and distribute fees for internal and external stakeholders.
- Set up merchant facilities for new stores.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as directed by the EFT Operations Manager.
- Provide month-end reporting related to EFT operations.
- Handle retrievals processes in a timely manner.
