About the Role
We have multiple secondment opportunities within our Supply Chain Distribution Systems team. These roles are critical to how we optimise, govern and evolve the systems and processes that manage the flow of product through our Distribution Centres and into stores across Australia.
You’ll play a key role in designing, developing and supporting distribution system solutions that are scalable, efficient and fit for future growth. Working closely with Technology, Supply Chain and Operations teams, you’ll help deliver strong and consistent operational outcomes across the network.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop and optimise system solutions to improve performance and outcomes
- Manage system changes end‑to‑end, from problem definition and solution design through to testing, implementation and go‑live
- Partner with Technology, Supply Chain, Distribution Centres and Operations team to support transformation system outcomes
- Maintain governance across system changes, ensuring consistency, documentation and alignment to agreed frameworks
- Support and drive continuous improvement of distribution system standards, controls and ways of working by aligning a diverse stakeholder portfolio
About You and Your Skills
We’re looking for detail orientated professionals who can solve complex supply chain challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in supply chain, operations or systems roles within high‑volume, fast‑moving product environments
- Strong systems capability with experience supporting replenishment and inventory management
- Good understanding of Distribution Centre operations and processes
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across multiple teams
- Strong attention to detail, with a structured and analytical problem‑solving mindset
