About the role

The Digital Analytics and Optimisation team within our Customer Experience and Technology (CXT) function is growing and we are seeking a Digital Tag Implementation Specialist to join the team. You will provide technical expertise within the tag management domain, ensuring appropriate and accurate tracking of our digital platforms while contributing to creating targeted and personalised digital experiences for our customers.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Product Owner, you will work with digital marketing teams to understand digital tracking and analytics requirements while providing leadership and best practice digital analytics strategies and implementation across Endeavour owned properties.

 

You’ll also:

  • Work with analytics teams to support building of digital analytics reports using the implemented tags/analytics
  • Implement digital analytics solutions and tag management, primarily using Adobe products across our owned properties
  • Implement tags for 3rd party media platforms used for search, display, social and affiliate channels
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Stakeholders, Business Programme Managers and Implementation partners to ensure delivery success  

 

 

Good things you’ll need

We’re after a highly skilled professional with a passion for all things digital and customer experience. You will have hands on experience working with web analytics implementation and Tag management software with digital-first organisations with a strong customer-centric focus.

 

You’ll also need:

  • Strong experience working with Tag Management software (e.g. Adobe DTM, Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Ensighten) and data layers
  • In-depth product knowledge of Adobe Analytics data collection and administration
  • In-depth knowledge of DTM tagging including implementation solution design
  • Experience with web programming languages such as html, JavaScript and other frameworks like jQuery especially as it relates to coding analytics tags
  • Experience implementing 3rd party media tags such as DoubleClick, Adwords, Facebook, Rakuten or similar platforms
