About the role

 

 


As Digital Product Manager, you’ll lead the onsite retail media product strategy for Coles Online web and app. You’ll play a key role in transitioning to a new ad-server, shaping go-to-market plans, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital media products that drive commercial outcomes for suppliers and enhance the customer experience.

What you will do

 

 


In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking with strong analytical skills to influence product design, develop sell-through strategies, and manage stakeholder relationships. You’ll work across teams to drive alignment, track performance, and uncover new growth opportunities within Coles 360’s retail media ecosystem.

 

 

 

You will also:

 

 


•    Own and evolve the onsite retail media product strategy for Coles Online
•    Lead go-to-market planning for new digital media products
•    Support the transition to a new ad-server and manage stakeholder engagement
•    Develop sell-through strategies to drive supplier adoption
•    Prepare and present regular reporting materials to stakeholders
•    Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track product performance.

 

 

 

About you and your skills

 


You’re an experienced digital product professional with a strong background in advertising, product management, or strategy. You bring commercial acumen, a passion for innovation, and the ability to simplify complex problems to influence outcomes across teams and stakeholders.

 

 

 

You will also have:

 

 


•    8+ years’ experience in digital advertising, product management, or strategy
•    Proven success launching and scaling digital media products
•    Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
•    Experience with go-to-market planning and execution
•    Familiarity with retail media platforms and ad tech ecosystems
•    Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools for reporting and analytics.
