The New Ventures crew in our eCommerce function is seeking a Digital Media Operations Lead to join the eCommerce Media squad. The Digital Media Operations Lead will be responsible for working closely with the eCommerce Media Digital Media Managers and Digital Media Coordinators to streamline and optimise the campaign end-to-end workflow.

 

What you’ll be doing

As the Digital Media Operations Lead you will liaise with external stakeholders, drive paramount campaign quality, advocating operational feasibility requirements for eCommerce Media to key internal stakeholders.

 

You’ll also:

  • Work closely with the Site Operations team to drive campaign quality and timely delivery of campaigns as agreed with suppliers
  • Work closely with internal delivery team within Coles Supplier Media to streamline process and optimise tools and ways of working
  • Act as operational liaison between eCommerce Media and key internal stakeholders
  • Drive paramount campaign quality, advocating operational feasibility requirements for eCommerce Media to key internal stakeholders
  • Be the voice of our customer/suppliers
  • Improve and adds to team best practices and processes
  • Be accountable for the results (customer/business outcome) of their squad
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives while fostering and maintaining relationships with

 

Good things you’ll need

 

You’ll need:

  • Experience in a digital business, preferably sales or merchandise support
  • Understanding of digital technologies and tools
  • Strong understanding of sales and sales relationships
  • Must have previous experience managing multiple stakeholders to achieve an agreed outcome
  • Experience in supply chain, end-to-end process optimisation and management
  • Experience with retail and e-commerce sectors is preferable
  • BA in marketing/business/commerce or related field preferred but not essential
  • Outstanding attention to detail, prioritisation and negotiation
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines without fail
  • Very strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proficient level of experience with desktop publishing programs, Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
