A great opportunity to join our growing eCommerce team as a Digital Media Coordinator has arisen.  You will work with Category Marketing Manager and Direct Sales Manager to implement supplier advertising and media strategies and campaigns. What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Category Marketing Manager you will support online category related marketing activities and act as a key contact for category marketing initiatives. You will liaise with suppliers for all content and brief activity for upcoming plans and campaigns while maintaining close relationships.

 

You’ll also:

  • Liaise with both Coles and external reporting resources to ensure timely and accurate receipt of campaign and plan results
  • Provide recommendations to suppliers on activity including search, product associations and seasonal campaign links in conjunction with the wider COL team activity
  • Work with Sales Support on developing strategic e-commerce packages and proposals for the Coles Online assets
  • Manage targeted sampling set-up, implementation and post campaign assessment with category marketing team, Coles Online team, Supplier teams and any other stakeholders
  • Manage digital catalogue and back of invoice campaigns

 

Good things you’ll need

We’re after a passionate and customer driven professional ideally with prior experience within digital marketing/advertising or merchandise support.

 

You’ll also need:  

  • A good understanding of digital technologies and tools
  • Proficient Excel
  • Strong understanding of sales and sales relationships
  • A proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders both internal and external
