A rare opportunity as Digital Tag Implementation Specialist has arisen within our thriving Online – Customer Experience team. Reporting to the Digital Manager, you will join a highly engaged squad, and provide technical expertise and ensure appropriate and accurate tracking of the Coles and Coles Express Apps.


What you’ll be doing 


  • Partnering with digital marketing teams to understand digital tracking and analytics requirements
  • Supporting the analytics team by building digital analytics reports using tags/analytics
  • Implementing solutions and tag management using Adobe products
  • Working collaboratively with the Group Product Manager and Digital Analyst to ensure delivery success  


Good things you’ll need 

Ideally coming from a sizeable online company, you have a basic understanding of tagging principals with 2+ years’ experience in tag implementation, engineering/development, or technical analysis - working on apps (ideal) or websites.


Other things you’ll need:  


  • Experience with Adobe Launch (ideal not mandatory), Tealium, or Google Tag Manager
  • Experience working with Adobe Analytics, including setup & configuration (ideal not mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable collaborating with a range of stakeholders
  • Pragmatic and creative in your approach to problem solving
  • Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change
  • The desire to attain more ownership, involvement, visibility, and career advancement.
