About the role
We have a new Digital Implementation Specialist role in a full-time and permanent capacity. This is an exciting time to join the Digital Engineering & Data team and take part collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate data collection and seamless deployment of web tags for tracking.
Reporting to the Digital Implementation Lead, as a Digital Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical implementation, management and optimisation of tracking solutions.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Support integration of Adobe Launch with other marketing and analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform, etc.)
- Configure, deploy and maintain tags, triggers and data layers using Adobe Launch for various digital properties
- Ensure accurate and efficient data collection
- Design, implement and optimise data layers to ensure comprehensive tracking of key events and user interactions across web and mobile platforms
- Maintain tag governance by ensuring all tags follow best practice and naming conventions
- Compliance with data privacy regulations
- Documentation of Data Layer Designs (Technical Specification Documents)
- Upkeep of Data-Dictionary when new reporting dimensions or events are required
About you and your skills
You have attention to detail and a strong problem-solver with a passion to work collaboratively to get the work done.
You will have in your toolkit:
- Minimum 4+ years hands on experience working in tracking implementation & digital analytics or related field (Adobe Stack is ideal)
- Proficient in Adobe Data Collection/Launch (or similar TMS solutions like Google Tag Manger)
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML for tag implementation
- Experience with debugging tools – browser developer tools, Adobe debugger, etc
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross functional teams and functions
- Demonstrate excellent communication both verbally and written
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with stakeholders
