We’re excited to announce a newly created role for a Digital Content Author within the Coles Financial Services team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across Coles Credit Cards and Insurance Products, ensuring a seamless digital journey for our customers.

What you’ll do
Manage campaigns to ensure website content is accurate, timely, and consistent with Coles’ guidelines, as well as optimise our website to increase traffic and conversions. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning content with campaigns while tailoring it to specific channels and audiences.
You’ll also:
• Take the lead in optimising website content to ensure it’s user-friendly, aligned with UX best practices, and tailored to audience needs.
• Partner with marketing managers, planners and agency partners to design bespoke web pages that enhance the customer experience.
• Manage approvals for UX and content updates with external partners.
• Partner with web developers to build design & content requirements into the website components.
• Drive high-quality, creative content while maintaining consistent structure, messaging, and compliance across all assets.
• Enable real-time website updates to address trends, regulations, and partner needs quickly and efficiently.
About you and your skills
To succeed in this role, you’ll need1-2 years’ experience in digital, web, or content production roles managing high-volume, large-scale websites.
Importantly, you’ll bring a strong understanding of UX best practices and proficiency with mainstream CMS platforms, ideally Adobe Experience Manager .
You’ll also need
• Knowledge of SEO and how to create content that’s both optimised and creatively engaging.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation capabilities to handle competing deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is ideal
• Extra brownie points if you have writing skills, to support agency-created content with UX-driven, tailored copy.
