Our Customer Experience and technology (CXT) team within our eCommerce function is significantly growing as we continue to invest in delivering the best digital shopping experience for our Customers. Our Analytics and Optimisation team is now seeking a Digital Analytics & Insights Specialist to join the team. What you’ll be doing
As the Digital Analytics & Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for driving actionable change in digital and eCommerce. You will be working closely with digital, customer, marketing, operations, and sales analytics team.
 
You’ll also:

  • Provide insights into what drives customer purchasing habits and advocacy
  • Provide insights into how customers use the Coles website and optimisation opportunities
  • Provide insights on performance of crew OKRs/KPIs
  • Design tests to understand the impact and performance of new initiatives.
  • Provide insights on performance of tests and advocate for the right recommendation.
  • Define key performance metrics to be analysed as part of the test
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders on setting the right metrics to track performance.
  • Provide analytics expertise when setting new metrics
  • Be passionate about Coles and the customer problems we are solving.

 
Good things you’ll need

  • Experience as a digital analyst or similar
  • Proven experience analysing data to reveal new actionable insights that have driven real business value.
  • Ability to understand and link together different pieces of information to bring together the full story.
  • Expert experience with Digital Analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and analysis tools (sql, powerBI, tableau)
  • Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Understanding of tag management solutions in the context of digital analytics reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.
