Manager to lead, inspire and grow our team of six talented designers.
About the role
As Product Design Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end customer experience across our eCommerce journey – from basket, through to payments and post-purchase. While this role is not hands-on in design execution, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
• Leading, developing, and supporting a high-performing design team
• Providing clarity, direction and feedback to ensure milestones are met
• Partnering closely in our triad model with Product and Engineering leaders
• Strengthening our web and app experiences, making them more intuitive and reducing customer friction
This is a leadership role where you’ll guide the design vision, enable great work to happen, and ensure our customers enjoy a seamless and reliable shopping experience.
What you’ll bring
• Proven experience directly managing a design team of 3 or more people
• Strong background in eCommerce, with a deep understanding of online shopping behaviours and best practice
• Ability to balance people leadership with strategic design direction
• Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams with Product and Engineering
• (Nice to have) Exposure to logistics or last mile delivery environments
