Our Digital Delivery team is looking for a Delivery Manager with experience in managing delivery in complex environments with multiple stakeholders. If you have experience managing large, complex digital initiatives, involving multiple teams and managing a diverse cross functional team, then this is the role for you. Our Delivery Manager's oversee portfolio delivery aligned to the eCommerce strategy and work closely with multiple stakeholders to bring to life intiatives that will directly impact the experience of our customers and the way they shop with Coles for years to come. You will also be managing multiple squads, with around 6-8 direct reports.

You’ll have

  • Delivery experience involving a range of customer facing and integration based platforms
  • Solid experience in managing senior stakeholders
  • Experience in retail is preferred
  • Strong experience in managing cross functional product squads and bringing team together to deliver
  • Ability to seek out and understand problems and requirements, and to identify and suggest improvements to current approaches or practices

 

Good things you'll need

  • Extensive experience in senior delivery roles
  • Manage medium to large complexity digital projects greater than $5m
  • Successfully managed projects ie. projects that involve multiple functional areas, multiple technologies, multiple external parties (including vendors), working with dispersed teams, cost and duration of project and considerable levels of change and uniqueness
  • Has managed large components of large-scale rollouts
