We support our brands in connecting with customers and our focus is on delivering high quality, omnichannel payments services.
We are proud of the fact Coles is one of Australia’s largest EFT transactional processing entities and we support the end-to-end service and infrastructure enabling instore, online and in-App card payments.
About the role
Our Fintech team is looking for a Delivery Manager (Crew Lead) Switch & Settlement with experience in managing delivery in complex environments with multiple stakeholders. If you have experience managing payments switch, card payment settlement and/or reconciliation initiatives across multiple applications, involving multiple teams and managing a diverse cross functional team (5-10 direct reports), then this is the role for you. This is an expanded technology crew lead remit across our core applications in Fintech Payments domain and extending to Data and Analytics PDS flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee product delivery aligned to the Payments strategy and work closely with multiple stakeholders to effectively put together detailed plans
- Lead work sequencing across multiple squads and applications
- Help drive Agile ways of working across our Fintech portfolio to become even more efficient and customer obsessed
- Lead the Switch & Settlement crew to deliver value across our core applications
About you and your skills
- 6+ years in project management and/or senior delivery roles
- Exposure to working in agile environments and able to adapt to different frameworks
- Strong experience in managing cross functional product squads and bringing teams together to deliver
- Ability to seek out and understand problems and requirements, and to identify and suggest improvements to current approaches or practices
- Extensive experience in senior delivery roles
- Manage medium to large complexity payment projects greater than $5m
- Strong stakeholder & vendor management experience, people leader, great attitude, flexible thinking and able to influence & motivate the team
