Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant 

 

About the role

Coles is launching one of world’s largest retail implementations of Dynamics 365, transforming the Coles Liquor Group business and operations across more than 900 stores trading under the banners of Liquorland, First Choice and Vintage Cellars.

 

What you’ll be doing as the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Consultant :

 

  • Configuration and implementation of Dynamics D365 with a focus on Supply Chain in Retail
  • Work with business stakeholders to develop solutions using your knowledge of business processes and Dynamics D365 
  • Gather requirements and design solutions 
  • Key involvement in ensuring the solution is delivered, tested and implemented, ensuring stakeholders satisfaction throughout
  • Continuously update business on implementation progress and problem resolution  
  • Assist in system and business process re-engineering as required 
  • Mentor less experienced colleagues
  • Prepare and deliver workshops for users 

 

Experience Required:

 

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations for Commerce and Retail
  • Excellent Consulting skills gained across successful delivery of multiple projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
  • Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems
  • Client Centric attitude, with a sense of urgency, strong teamwork, flexible and positive ‘can do’ approach
