About the role


 
Join us as a Customer Insights Manager within our Customer Insights team, where you'll be at the forefront of shaping our Own Brand strategic direction and play a pivotal part in executing our vision to become the ultimate destination for food and drink.

 

Collaboration is key in our team, providing you with ample opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues across various domains. You'll gain exposure to a wide internal network spanning Own Brand, Loyalty, e-Commerce, and Operations, deepening your understanding of our customers and their needs. 

 

This role can be supported to work interstate.

Reporting to the Senior Customer Insights Manager, you’ll:  

 

 
•    Design and deliver insight programs and solutions covering primary research and customer data analysis.
•    Manage and optimise key platforms to deliver business stakeholders and suppliers with detailed insights.
•    Support team members in various roles across Coles to utilise insights effectively and appropriately in addressing business challenges such as category planning and range reviews.
•    Source, analyse and synthesise data from multiple data sources to develop customer focused insights.
•    Develop and deliver succinct, insightful, and actionable reports for the ELT and GM community.

Your ability to translate complex research findings into actionable insights will be instrumental in guiding our business strategy.

 


 
 You’ll also need: 

 


•    Broad and practical understanding of analytical tools and market insight methodologies.
•    Experience designing market research and analytics programs. 
•    Experience using insights to improve customer and commercial outcomes.
•    A strong work ethic, resilience, and flexibility.
