Are you passionate about turning data into impactful digital experiences? Join Coles Group as a Customer Analytics & Insights Specialist and play a key role in shaping the future of our web and app platforms.
In this permanent position, you’ll work closely with teams across Coles to provide actionable insights from digital customer data that support product optimisation and strategic decision-making. You’ll analyse customer behaviour across our digital and offline channels, identifying pain points, trends, and opportunities to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll translate complex data into compelling stories that inform and influence product strategy—driving measurable value and innovation across Coles’ digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities
About You
- Minimum 2+ years’ hands-on experience in digital analytics or customer insights roles, ideally within a digital-first or eCommerce environment.
- Proven experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics for analysing customer behaviour and journeys.
- Strong SQL and/or Python skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Comfortable working with large datasets to identify trends, pain points, and performance drivers.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Demonstrated ability to generate actionable insights that influence product, marketing or customer experience decisions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including digital product, UX, and marketing.
- Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g. Adobe Launch, GTM) is a plus.

- Ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
