About the role
This is a 9-month fixed term full time Digital Analytics & Insights Lead opportunity.
You will shape how analytics influences digital product decisions at significant scale. Working closely with Product, Design and Engineering across high-volume digital customer journeys, you’ll proactively identify opportunities, frame the right questions, form hypotheses and use evidence to recommend what product teams should do next.

What you will do
You’ll act as a trusted analytics partner to priority digital product teams, using customer and behavioural data to improve product decisions, customer outcomes and commercial performance.
You will also:
- Identify opportunities across key digital customer journeys.
- Turn ambiguous product questions into actionable recommendations.
- Define KPIs, success measures and measurement frameworks.
- Design and evaluate experiments and post-launch performance.
- Analyse funnels, cohorts, pathing, conversion, retention and feature engagement.
- Improve analytics quality, speed and scalability through automation and AI-enabled tools.
About you and your skills
You’re a proactive, commercially minded analytics professional who enjoys being both hands-on and close to product decision-making. You’re comfortable working independently through ambiguity, forming a clear point of view from the evidence and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
You will also have:
- 5+ years’ hands-on digital product or digital analytics experience.
- Strong SQL capability across large behavioural or customer datasets.
- Experience working with high-volume web, app or event-level data.
- Strong experimentation, A/B testing and post-launch measurement experience.
- Proven stakeholder influence across Product, Design and Engineering.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, digital-first or similarly data-rich environments.
