About the role
Join Coles as a Content Planner and help us drive brand perceptions and customer loyalty through engaging, insight-led content. You’ll play a key role in delivering Coles Magazine - Australia’s number 1 read magazine - as well as the Coles Health & Beauty Magazine and YouTube content. This is a fantastic opportunity for a process-oriented project manager who enjoys both the detail and the big picture, bringing fresh thinking to help transform content and align it with our strategy to position Coles at the forefront, to be the authority in food.

What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll coordinate, plan, and optimise content across print and digital, ensuring all outputs meet customer, brand, and commercial objectives while engaging key stakeholders along the way.
You'll also:
• Deliver and oversee Coles Magazine and Coles Health & Beauty Magazines from concept to publication
• Review, QA, and ensure compliance and accuracy of all pages and assets
• Support YouTube content planning, production, and optimisation
• Drive cross-channel alignment and strategic content reviews
• Liaise with internal teams and external agency partners for briefs, approvals, and delivery
• Provide campaign reporting, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
About you and your skills
You’re a confident, collaborative planner who can balance high-volume project management with creative thinking and strategic alignment.
You'll also have:
• 3+ years in content, brand, or campaign planning across print and digital channels
• Strong experience managing large output projects to tight timelines
• Skilled in stakeholder management and agency collaboration
• Background in creative planning and execution, ideally with a food or retail focus
• Proven ability to apply customer insights to content strategy
• Tertiary qualification in Advertising, Marketing, or Business preferred.
