What you’ll be doing

As a Content Designer, you are comfortable leading content design work with other designers, across all areas from planning, research, and execution. You will be an advocate for all customer groups and enable a customer obsessed culture.

 

You’ll also:

  • Identify, frame and challenge content design problems & translate into content choices that illustrate the benefits and simplicity despite system complexity.
  • Ensure a high-quality bar for content and the user experience and deliver high-quality, error-free, accessible content design work on time
  • Develop lightweight, repeatable processes, workflows and content templates that keep the team nimble and successful in a culture that values moving fast and iterating quickly.
  • Drive a culture of collaboration. With product and engineering teams and external design agencies.
  • Take part in and be able to conduct content design critiques to provide high quality design practice and theory to draw out best possible content choice.
  • Contribute to defining the future state vision and value proposition for content design using customer centric design thinking and innovation methodologies.

 

Good things you’ll need

We’re after passionate, customer centric Content Designers with demonstrable experience of planning and delivering large scale content design initiatives within leading consumer facing brands or organisations.

 

You’ll also need:

  • Demonstrated skill in design, write, edit, test and improve content that makes our products easier to use. Including product flows, interface language, education materials, product names, navigational nomenclature, terminology, taxonomies etc.
  • Experience contributing to the measurable success of one or more impactful consumer-facing products at scale.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to partner with engineering, design, research, marketing and data analytics, to take products from conception to launch.
  • Experience in conducting content experiments and leverage data & analytics to inform content choices and evaluate its impact.
