About the role

 


 
We’re excited to announce a new opportunity for a proactive and ambitious Web Content Publisher to join our Brand, Digital & Media team. 


This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple teams, including Digital, Customer, and Own Brand. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders, gaining valuable insights into different areas of the business while shaping engaging and effective web content.


This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a high-impact digital environment! 


This is a permanent full-time opportunity though part-time 4-days per week may be considered. Applications close on Tuesday the 25th of February.

 


 
What you’ll be doing

 

 

Reporting to the Web Content and SEO Manager, you’ll be working with Adobe Experience Manager to update, enhance, and publish content for Coles.com.au Recipes and Inspiration, News, Community and Sustainability pages. 

 


  
You’ll also

 

 

•    Brief our content agency and proof their content ensuring it’s engaging, relevant and on-brand.
•    Work alongside the Content team, Brand team and Digital team to execute day-to-day content publishing tasks
•    Build positive and trusted relationships across the broader marketing team
•    Use analytics tools to interpret and analyse data and provide reports, and recommend improvements to the digital customer experience 
•    Deliver multiple campaigns, at pace.
 


 
What you bring

 

 

Tertiary qualified ideally with some experience publishing web content, in-house or at an agency, but not mandatory. 

 

You’ll demonstrate a keen interest in food and a passion for digital content, web, and/or social. 

 


 
 You’ll also need

 

 

•    Excellent time management, prioritisation, and juggling skills
•    Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Experience using Adobe Experience Manager applications (ideal, not mandatory)
•    Competent level of understanding of google sheets and excel
•    An understanding of great web design and user experience.
