About the role
 
 

Are you ready for a rare and exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at Coles 360? We’re experiencing significant growth in the market and are seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager to play a pivotal role in managing key supplier partnerships and driving strategic initiatives. 

 

With high visibility across the business, you’ll have the opportunity to flex your strategic muscle and contribute to the growth of Coles 360.
 

This role can be supported to work from Melbourne or Sydney, Permanent or Part-Time. 

 

 
What you’ll be doing

 

 
You’ll oversee critical supplier relationships with a focus on commercial aspects and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across the organisation with the support of the Head of Strategy and Commercial. 
 


 
You’ll also

 
•    Act as the interface between Redworks and the wider Coles business.
•    Drive strategies to unlock incremental revenue and drive efficiencies.
•    Conduct competitor assessments and prepare executive materials.
•    Support P&L management and strategic initiatives.

 

 

About you and your skills

 

With 5+ years’ experience in strategy or transformation projects, you come from a media/agency or retail media environment. 


Collaborative and relationship oriented, you bring an enabler and facilitator mindset and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

 

 

 
You’ll also have

 
•    Proficiency in commercial activities and strategic planning.
•    Adequate grasp of commercial financial concepts.
•    Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytics.
•    Agility and ability to learn quickly.
•    Excellent problem-framing and decision-making skills.
•    Capacity to leverage expertise from relevant SMEs.
