What you'll be doing


As the Accounts Payable Coordinator you'll support the Manager Accounts Payable and co-ordinate the accounts payable function for Liquor and support execution of business initiatives and process optimisation initiatives as well;


  • Co-ordinate an offshore team which processes invoices for payment and assess/manage their performance.
  • Co-ordinate account payable Governance and documentation of procedures
  • Oversees and review period end processes and journals prepared by the team.
  • Support process optimisation initiatives led by Financial Control and the Business/Functions



Good things you'll need


  • 5+ years’ experience in an Accounts Payments processing role or similar
  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Numerous systems including SAP, MAX, DIDOs
  • Tertiary qualification in finance related discipline desirable
  • Proficient MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong accounts payable knowledge and problem-solving skills #LI-FIN
