About the role

The engine room of our business, our Central Operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.


We’re looking for an exceptional Change Manager to join our team on an initial 18-month contract opportunity.


What you’ll be doing
You’ll partner with and support the Project Manager to ensure there’s an appropriate level of change management to successfully deliver on time and in budget. You’ll influence and negotiate with key stakeholders to ensure they’re aligned with the rollout strategy.


Other ways you can make an impact:


  • ensuring appropriate change management systems and resources are in place through impact and stakeholder analysis
  • working collaboratively with head office stakeholders, the distribution centres (DC) and project teams to develop issue resolutions and improved ways of working
  • supporting with the deployment and delivery of training
  • conducting post implementation reviews for each site and element of the rollout
  • identifying areas of opportunity and gathering feedback from across the business


Good things you’ll need

  • strong understanding of DC operational models
  • commercial management skills with operational knowledge and a passion for supporting team members
  • a successful track record of change management, with experience of developing project plans
  • proven problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement – can provide a solution and know when to escalate
  • the ability to work effectively in cross functional teams and develop strong working relationships
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an enthusiastic and logical approach
