Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team supports, coaches, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our team members and customers every day.

About the Role

As a Change Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of change management for multiple projects across our store network. Working closely with project teams and cross-functional stakeholders, you will design solutions to support store readiness, deliver rollout activities, and ensure changes are implemented smoothly and embedded into business‑as‑usual operations with minimal disruption.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Designing and delivering change planning and execution using established change methodologies across multi‑site initiatives
  • Leading deployment activities in stores, ensuring readiness, clear communication, and effective transition into BAU
  • Engaging with diverse stakeholders 
  • Building practical tools and resources for store teams, continuing to improve and innovate solutions

About You and Your Skills

You have experience leading change initiatives in diverse environments, including Operational. You bring a structured, practical approach to implementing change with alignment to best practice approaches. You are organised, adaptable, and able to work effectively in fast‑paced settings, maintaining clear communication and attention to detail. Your collaborative style allows you to build positive relationships with stakeholders and delivery partners.

You will also have:

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong understanding and experience with change management methodology and cycles
  • Analytical capability to support planning, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
  • Previous experience using human centred design techniques is an advantage, but not essential
