To understand our merchandise business, we need to understand our customers. That’s why you’ll find us working across all business units at Coles Supermarkets, Liquor and Coles Local. Supermarkets is one of the largest teams at Coles, but we’re a close-knit group that come from all over the world.

About the role

 

As our Change Manger you will partner and work closely with our Head of Commercial Data.  This role will see you provide Business Change Management services across the design, development and delivery of internal transformational change and communications to the commercial business.  

As part of this role, you will also:

 

•    Own the end-to-end change delivery for varied projects and programs
•    Prepare and manage change resource planning and budgets for transformational projects
•    Create and own the change strategy for complex projects
•    Identify, manage and socialise change risk and embed these into broader projects rick management 
•    Partner with senior stakeholders across the commercial business

 


About you and your skills

In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring your proven change management skills into a complex, fast moving industry leading retail business.  You will manage end to end project delivery and have genuine impact in the work you will do! You will also have:  

 

•    Demonstrated experience in the successful delivery of change management and communication strategies within a complex corporate organisation
•    Proven experience in the design and embedding of strategic plans on complex projects
•    Ability to synthesis multiple inputs to derive insights and articulate these succinctly across various communication medium
•    Work autonomously by meeting own deadlines, manage priorities and adapt to moving timeframes
•    Capacity to communicate effectively, partner and influence with senior stakeholders
