About The Role 

 

 

  

We have an exciting new opening for 2 Change Managers within our Marketing Transformation team, available as 9-month fixed-term full-time opportunities.

What you'll be doing 

 

 

  

Reporting to our Senior Transformation Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing change strategies for assigned Marketing Transformation initiatives. 

  

 

 

 

You’ll also  

 

 

  

  • Deliver change activities across technology, ways of working, culture, roles and processes. 
  • Maximise user system adoption and usage whist minimising resistance for priority initiatives. 
  • Effectively identify and manage change and support others through it. 
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, build a plan and execute engagement for change roll out. 
  • Develop and execute change communication strategies and approach. 
  • Conduct training needs analysis, develop and execute training. 
  • Develop and implement change management strategies. 
  • Monitor project key change delivery and report status to the relevant Steering Committee.  

 

 

 

 

What You Bring  

  

 

 

In this role, you'll leverage 5 years of experience as a Change Manager with a strong track record of executing marketing technology and process changes with impacts to ways of working, people (incl. behaviours), process and technology.   

  

You'll demonstrate experience executing change management for multiple projects including design and delivery of practical and outcomes focussed approach for large scale change.  

  

Importantly, your ability to work effectively at all levels in an organisation, communicate and rationalise priorities and decisions, will be key to your success.  

 

  

  

You’ll also need  

 

 

  

  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools to deliver impactful change plans.  
  • Experience coming from an FMCG/Retail marketing background, ideal not mandatory. 
  • Ability to work operationally with the programs and wide business stakeholder network.  
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.  
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging and influencing with senior managers and leaders.  
  • Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or Psychology preferred.  
  • PROSCI professional change management certification or equivalent ideal.  
  • Systems and strategic thinking with an ability to identify links, dependencies, risks and gaps.
