About the Role
As a Change & Transition Manager, you will be responsible for leading the change management and transition strategy as we modernise our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Use your background in delivering complex projects and change management to ensure minimal impact, fast adaptation and streamlined communication across the Coles supply chain network.
You will also:
- Scope out the program phases and identify all transition requirements across all affected business units
- Define and document transition strategy and detailed delivery plan including roll-back plan and business continuity planning
- Work with our Operations and IT teams (current operations) and Business Readiness to align Readiness Activities into the transition plan
- Work with senior stakeholders to build out change and transition communication material for impacted stakeholders
- Create and document governance for go-live and ongoing transition
- ·Lead and manage a small, high performing team to support key transition deliverables for the program.
About you and your skills
With developed leadership, project management and change management skills you will have the ability to have genuine impact and see projects through to tangible outcomes.
You will also have:
- 10 + years in delivering large scale change programs in complex environments
- A strong working knowledge of Supply Chain and the interdependencies across a complex, national business
- Deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies, including exceptional organisation and stakeholder management at all levels
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills, including the ability to remove barriers and enable teams to deliver on their objectives
