About the role
A 12-month fixed term full time opportunity has arisen for a Catalogue Planner within our passionate and energetic National Customer Communications team.
Our catalogue plays a crucial role in showcasing our offers and engaging with millions of customers each week, providing unparalleled visibility and impact.
Your work will directly influence and contribute to the community, giving you ownership and satisfaction in your role.
You'll join a team of experienced professionals with a wealth of industry knowledge, giving you ample opportunities for learning and development.

What you’ll be doing
Reporting to our National Customer Communications Manager, you’ll maintain deadlines for content delivery, ensuring timely publication of the print and online catalogue.
You’ll also:
• Manage legal requirements and compliance standards for all catalogue materials.
• Deliver the creative look and feel of the catalogue in line with Brand Standards.
• Ensure the catalogue is compelling and engaging, and effectively highlights our offers.
• Craft a cohesive narrative within the catalogue that resonates with our customers.
• Provide comprehensive briefs and direction to deliver creative requests from key stakeholders.
What you bring
With 3 years’ experience in an inhouse marketing or advertising agency, you bring excellent project management and marketing campaign experience to the table.
Ideally you have held a role as a go-to-market coordinator, category coordinator, advertising coordinator, agency account manager or production coordinator.
You’ll also need:
• Excellent attention to detail and timeline management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on collaboration and idea sharing.
• Creative flair and the ability to think from a customer perspective to enhance catalogue engagement.
