About the team:

By combining the fast-paced culture of retail with the ever-growing world of ecommerce, Coles Online takes the time and effort out of grocery shopping. With services such as Home Delivery, Click & Collect and smart lockers, we’re always working on new ways to make life a little easier for our customers – no matter where they are. Our eCommerce function is currently undergoing an exciting transformation journey and we are looking for a Business and Process Improvement Lead to join our growing team!

 

What you'll be doing:

As a Business and Process Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for producing modelling to support investment plans and network analysis. You will work with operations to lead key process changes and initiatives in order to deliver the value for customers.

 

You'll also:

  • Articulate new system development requirements and work with IT to realise project benefits
  • Develop business cases to support business initiatives
  • Improve network efficiencies through data analysis using Excel, Tableau, Altryx
  • Improve processes and work on targeted cost reduction initiaves
  • Analyse and inerpret large data sets to inform strategic business decisions
  • Provide comprehensive insight into drivers of efficincies to senior stakeholders

 

Good things you'll need:

 

  • Extensive experience in relationship management up to and including General Management level
  • Proven commercial accumen
  • Experience analysing and summarising large data sets
  • Experience with software such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Altryx
  • Extensive experience in negotiation, building strategy and process improvement
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Retail and/or eCommerce 
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking
